If you have participated in the workshop and reserved seats for the free shuttle bus service, we will email the confirmation information to the participants. In order to avoid delays in the "Fish Pond Yuan Ye Classroom" activity, please 5-10 minutes before the start of the activity Report to the registration office.

Prince Edward to Tai Sang Wai

Meet up location: Next to Exit A1 of Prince MTR Station (Sports Ground Road)
Yuen Long West Rail Station to Tai Sang Wai

Return trip
Tai Sang Wai to Prince Edward/Yuen Long West Rail Station (Tickets are required to board the train)

Tips:

  • Please arrive at the meeting place on time and report to the meeting place.

  • There is no food supply location in Tai Sang Wai (there is no restaurant).

  • Participants are requested to bring their own lunch and drinks, be friendly to the environment, bring their own tableware, shopping bags, and take away their own trash.
    (Bring your own water cup or bottle, the conference can provide fresh water)

  • Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities.

  • The activity space is mainly outdoors. Participants are requested to bring their own rain gear and hats.

  • Residents in Taishengwei are mainly elderly. Please greet them enthusiastically, but please do not take photos of villagers’ houses without consent.

  • Please pay attention to the volume and avoid harassing villagers, birds and other creatures.

  • Do not use fishermen’s tools or boats without permission.

Weather note:

  • If a strong wind signal No. 3 or above or a yellow, red, or black rainstorm warning signal is hung at 9 am (or later) that day, the event will be cancelled.

  • In case of rainy/severe weather, the event needs to be cancelled. We will post the relevant arrangements on facebook and notify everyone by email.
