Results of the Food Pond Workshop

Fruitful  Workshops 

Collect plants of different tones and fragrances in fish ponds and mix them with daily waste paper to make recycled paper. Listen carefully to the story behind it.

 

Starting from the fish pond ecological chain, draw recipes for animals other than humans.

 

Watch the villagers concoct fish pond dishes, record their cooking methods in the recipe picture book, and finally join the fish feast!

 

Collecting plants from fishpond with different colours and odours, merging them with scrap paper and turning them into recycled paper. Let's hearken to  the stories behind.

 

Starting  off from the fishpond food chain, we draw a recipe for an animal other than human.

 

Appreciate  the cooking demonstration  of villagers, capture  them in the picture recipes, and  enjoy the fish feast  together!

Material:

   Home-grown tomatoes in Tai Sang Wai

   egg

   pepper

   Salt

step:

  1. Beat eggs.

  2. Add appropriate amount of pepper and salt to the egg mixture.

  3. First scramble the eggs, pick up half-boiled and set aside.

  4. Fry the tomatoes again.

  5. Lay scrambled eggs and stir fry.

Ingredients:

   Tomatoes from Tai Sang Wai  

   Eggs

   White pepper

   Salt

Procedures:

  1. Whisk the eggs.

  2. Add white pepper and salt into the egg mixture.

  3. Stir-fry the eggs until half-done and set it aside for later use.

  4. Stir-fry the tomatoes.

  5. Add in the scrambled eggs and stir-fry everything together.

Material:

   lettuce

   Garlic

   Oyster sauce

   Oil

step:

  1. Lettuce disintegrates.

  2. Wash the vegetables.

  3. Dice garlic.

  4. Preheat the pot on fire.

  5. Go oil.

  6. When the oil is hot, put the garlic in the pot.

  7. Stir-fry the garlic.

  8. Put the lettuce in the pot and stir fry.

  9. When the lettuce has collected water, add oyster sauce and stir fry.

Ingredients:

   Lettuce

   Garlic

   Oyster sauce

   Oil

Procedures:

  1. Disintegrate the lettuce.

  2. Wash the lettuce.

  3. Dice the garlic.

  4. Heat the pot.

  5. Add oil.

  6. Add garlic when the oil gets hot.

  7. Sauté the garlic.

  8. Stir-fry the lettuce with the garlic.

  9. After boiling down the lettuce, add oyster sauce for the final stir-fry.

Material:

   A little garlic

   Chicken fillet

   Celery

   Salt

   Chicken sauce

   Corn starch water

step:

  1. Celery leaves water.

  2. Celery has been frozen in water.

  3. After sauteing the garlic, put the chicken fillet into the pot.

  4. Next celery.

  5. Season to fry.

Ingredients:

   A bit of Garlic

   Chicken Fillets

   Celery

   Salt

   Chicken Sauce

   Cornstarch slurry

Procedures:

  1. Blanch the celery.

  2. Cool the celery with cold water.

  3. Sauté the garlic in a wok and add chicken fillets.

  4. Add the celery.

  5. Stir-fry again after seasoning.

   shrimp

   Oil

   Basil

   Garlic

   water

step:

  1. Underwater pot.

  2. When the water boils, add oil, nine-story tower and garlic.

  3. When the shrimp is put in the pot, the color turns red and it is ready.

   Basil

   Garlic

   Water

Procedures:

  1. Add water to the wok.

  2. Once the water boils, add oil, basil and garlic.

  3. Add shrimps and cook till they turn red.

Material:

   Tai Sang Wai Fu Shou Fish

   Tai Sang Wai Pickles

   ginger

   sugar

   Chicken sauce

   Oil

   water

step:

  1. Descale the fish.

  2. Remove the internal organs of the fish, wash and set aside.

  3. Hot pot.

  4. Go oil.

  5. Saute ginger.

  6. Pickles in the pot.

  7. Fish in the pot.

  8. add water.

  9. Add sugar and chicken sauce to taste.

  10. Cover the wok until the fish is cooked.

Ingredients:

   Tai Sang Wai Tilapia

   Tai Sang Wai Pickled

   Mustard Greens   

   Ginger

   Sugar

   Chicken sauce

   Oil

   Water

Procedures:

  1. Scale the fish.

  2. Remove the fish organs, rinse it off and put aside.

  3. Heat the wok.

  4. Add oil.

  5. Sauté the ginger.

  6. Add the pickled mustard greens.

  7. Add the fish.

  8. Add water.

  9. Season with sugar and chicken sauce.

  10. Put the lid on until the fish is cooked.

Material:

   1 catty pork

   6 chicken feet

   A few peanuts

   Plenty of papaya

   1/2 teaspoon salt

   water

step:

  1. Pork slices.

  2. Boil boiling water, add pork and chicken feet first.

  3. Next papaya.

  4. Season with salt before turning off the heat.

Ingredients:

   1 catty of Pork

   6 pieces of Chicken legs

   Some Peanuts

   Tons of Papayas

   ½ tsp Salt

   Water

Procedures:

  1. Slice the pork.

  2. Boil the water and add the pork and chicken legs.

  3. Then add the papayas.

  4. Turn off the heat and then add salt to season.
