Results of the Food Pond Workshop
Fruitful Workshops
Collect plants of different tones and fragrances in fish ponds and mix them with daily waste paper to make recycled paper. Listen carefully to the story behind it.
Starting from the fish pond ecological chain, draw recipes for animals other than humans.
Watch the villagers concoct fish pond dishes, record their cooking methods in the recipe picture book, and finally join the fish feast!
Collecting plants from fishpond with different colours and odours, merging them with scrap paper and turning them into recycled paper. Let's hearken to the stories behind.

Material:
Home-grown tomatoes in Tai Sang Wai

step:
Beat eggs.
Add appropriate amount of pepper and salt to the egg mixture.
First scramble the eggs, pick up half-boiled and set aside.
Fry the tomatoes again.
Lay scrambled eggs and stir fry.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes from Tai Sang Wai
Eggs
White pepper
Salt
Procedures:
Whisk the eggs.
Add white pepper and salt into the egg mixture.
Stir-fry the eggs until half-done and set it aside for later use.
Stir-fry the tomatoes.
Add in the scrambled eggs and stir-fry everything together.

Material:
lettuce
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Oil
step:
Lettuce disintegrates.
Wash the vegetables.
Dice garlic.
Preheat the pot on fire.
Go oil.
When the oil is hot, put the garlic in the pot.
Stir-fry the garlic.
Put the lettuce in the pot and stir fry.
When the lettuce has collected water, add oyster sauce and stir fry.
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Oil
Procedures:
Disintegrate the lettuce.
Wash the lettuce.
Dice the garlic.
Heat the pot.
Add oil.
Add garlic when the oil gets hot.
Sauté the garlic.
Stir-fry the lettuce with the garlic.
After boiling down the lettuce, add oyster sauce for the final stir-fry.

Celery

Chicken sauce
Corn starch water
step:
Celery leaves water.
Celery has been frozen in water.
After sauteing the garlic, put the chicken fillet into the pot.
Next celery.
Season to fry.

Cornstarch slurry
Procedures:
Blanch the celery.
Cool the celery with cold water.
Sauté the garlic in a wok and add chicken fillets.
Add the celery.
