Participants will have a chance to create their own ceramic ware online with the use of natural sand from Lamma Island. Amy Tam, our Islander artist, will also share her story on Lamma.

About the Artist

Amy Tam

In 2018, Amy gave up her job as a designer and went to Taiwan to learn pottery. It was the first time she left her 'home'. After she came back to Hong Kong, she chose to live on Lamma Island because of its quiet and peaceful environment, living with her first dog - Mug Mug. With Mug Mug, Amy re-recognizes Hong Kong in a ‘primitive’ way, and tells the story of her [home] through pottery.
