About the event
Nighttime Soundwalk at Sok Kwu Wan
Listening carefully to the sound of the environment often leads to many interesting discoveries. When it comes to Sok Kwu Wan, the sound that everyone immediately thinks of may be the whistle from the vessels, people talking or bird humming. But have you heard the sound of this place at night? In this workshop, participants will get to know more about what natural sound recording is and how weather and time affect the sound. Brandon Chan, our artist-in-residence and AK Kan, a field recordist will discover with you the sound of Sok Kwu Wan at night.
